ROW 1

Image
Image 997 Rik Kardol
Taking pole position on the British Championship grid is Dutchman Rik. Topping the points table with a total of 160, the BWS champion has built on his 2015 season in style having already won the Unlimited World Cup back in April. Can he finally convert these big car performances into a 2 Litre title?

Image
Image 200 Ryan "Youngy" Young
Returning to LFS in 2015 after a number of years out, Youngy has demonstrated he still has the ability that made him so feared in the early days of the league. Missing out on the inside of the front row by just 7 points will surely not deter the 2010 British Champion from attempting to win another crown!

ROW 2

Image
Image 238 Kane Morgan
It is surprising that for someone who has won so much over his still young LFS career, Kane has never managed to pick up a graded title. With the most wins so far in 2015 at 37, will number 38 finally be a graded championship victory?

Image
Image 171 Nathan "Nay" Brooks
A driver who has always gone under the radar, Nay was the surprise leader of the graded points table after half of the British Qualifiers had been completed. Can #171 make it an even more surprising outcome with his first ever title on LFS?

ROW 3

Image
Image 220 Kyle "Nova" Young
The reigining European champion returned alongside his brother Youngy last year with a bang, with Nova becoming the first driver to win a title after qualifying via the Last Chance Race. With no need to qualify through the LCR this time around thanks to the 115 points he accumulated over the four qualifiers, it surely has to be an easier chance this time around of gaining another chequered roof!

Image
Image 960 Pepino Starmanns
Still flying the flag for Germany on LFS Bangers is Pepino. The second-highest Team Bandicoot driver on the grid will surely want to get one over on his Dutch teammates in Rik and Miniman, but could he do a triple success by claiming the British title für Deutschland?

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
ROW 4

Image
Image 307 Mason Foster
Jon in 2013 (no, really). Daz in 2014. Jake W. in 2015. These are the last three runners-up of the British Championship, all to the same driver: Foster. It has been over 1,000 days since he first won this title and he still hasn't relinquished it. A lowly seventh on the grid is out of character for the World, Points and British champion, but he did miss round 3. Will an unprecedented fourth British crown in a row be on its way to Foster?

Image
Image 27 Chris "Cap" Streets
LFS Bangers' godfather is still going strong, with a great haul of 103 points to qualify on row 4. Cap last held the British Championship in 2009, so his wait for a second British title is more than overdue.

ROW 5

Image
Image 97 Jake Williamson
The big hitter has done some good racing over the four qualifiers, with top 10 finishes in all but the first. However, his wrecking tendencies may override the chance of going for the big win, especially with such a packed field.

Image
Image 474 Jouke "Miniman" Heddema
The second best Dutchman on the grid is Miniman, who started off the season well but has dipped as of late. Much like Nay, Miniman is a driver who has been overlooked but can produce the goods when required. Will he be able to do that in the big race?

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
ROW 6

Image
Image 386 Luke "Lukey" Ashton-Jones
Although Lukey's appearances are sporadic, he always delivers when he does race. A joint-top haul of 52 points in the last qualifier secured his place on the inside of Row 6: can he make it a night to remember if he does appear?

Image
Image 125 Ben "Gildo" Gilding
Gildo certainly has the ability to take the title but, like his best friend 97, may be influenced to go for the big hit rather than the big win.

ROW 7

Image
Image 910 Niall McFerran
The sole driver from across the Irish Sea to make it onto the British Championship grid this year, Niall only attended the third qualifier but won the round in style with 54 points and three heat wins along the way. Could he gain his first LFS Bangers title with a similar display at Hednesford?

Image
Image 669 Timothy "DarkMetalTim" Mutsaerts
The final continental driver in the Top 20 is DarkMetalTim, who has demonstrated he is more than capable of competing with the big names, but after a return to LFS following a spell away, this may be too much of a hurdle for the Dutchman to overcome.

ROW 8

Image
Image 870 Niall "Looney" Drew
With his absence from Rounds 2 and 4, Looney is a far way down the grid in a position that doesn't reflect his ability, having secured a 4th place in the opening round of the graded season. After a number of second places in other title races during his LFS career, can the British Championship finally end Looney's hoodoo?

Image
Image 760 Ryan "Ryano" Pike
Returning to LFS after 18 months away is Ryano, who had an excellent performance in the final British qualifier to make it onto the grid. Could he cap off the perfect comeback by taking the British?

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
ROW 9

Image
Image 228 Matt "Splat" Fall
The always-stylish Splat is on the inside of the 9th row after his last two rounds resulted in the wrecking usually expected from him. Could he be a major part in deciding where the British goes this year?

Image
Image 616 Jamie "Jam" Tresidder
After making the grids of the 2015 XRG and UF1 World Finals via the reserves, Jam finally makes it onto a title grid as an actual qualifier. His 31 points in Round 3 secured his 18th place start on the grid, but this could be a bit too far back for a proper title challenge.

ROW 10

Image
Image 90 Jordan Batts
Jordan made an impact in Round 2 of the qualifiers, coming sixth with 29 points, but has not attended any meetings since. If he attends, could he make a break for the British?

Image
Image 8 Tim McCarthy
Like his fellow 10th row driver, the ever-popular Tim also got a top 10 finish in Round 2 but due to other activities outside of LFS, has not been able to attend any further meetings. Would a return put him in place to take the black and chequered roof?

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
ROW 11
The last row of the grid will be decided via the Last Chance Qualifier ran before the British Championship grid, with the winner getting the inside and the runner-up the outside. The following drivers attended at least 1 round of the British Qualifiers but failed to make the Top 20:

Image 83 Jordan Needham ~ Image 888 Joshua "Derohk" Gayman ~ Image 183 Charlie Guinchard ~ Image 70 Aaron Brown ~ Image 606 Jonathan "Jon" Siddle ~ Image 271 Keiron "Kizza" Collins ~ Image 186 Brett Gedney ~ Image 16 Scott "Zotez" Reeves ~ Image 779 Luke Dix ~ Image 312 Hessel "Mr. T-Bone" Arends ~ Image 823 Ellis Needham ~ Image 919 Macauley "Macca" Yates ~ Image 397 Josh "Hamster" Hampson ~ Image 540 Samuel "Chunk" Hayward ~ Image 33 Axel "Max" Lap ~ Image 74 Ross "Fluffy" McKenzie ~ Image 38 Niall "Femboi" Bonner ~ Image 341 Ben "Bungal" Jenner ~ Image 502 Johan "Reizenderam" De Haan

In the event of any of the Top 20 failing to show, they will be replaced by drivers from the above list until a full grid is achieved. Drivers who did not attend any British qualifier will have to enter the Last Chance Qualifier. The following drivers are booked in but did not attend a British qualifier:

Image 649 Adam Strudwick ~ Image 337 Luke Manhire ~ Image 13 Jack Harris ~ Image 142 Tom Knighton ~ Image 726 Sam Bye

The reserve and non-attended lists contain a large variety of drivers, including possible title challengers 13 Jack, 83 Jordan, 183 Charlie, 397 Hamster and 726 Sam. There are also a number of big hitters, such as 70 Aaron, 186 Brett, 779 Luke, 823 Ellis and 919 Macca. Could any of these reserves pull off a big surprise and claim the title as their own?
