16/09/2016: 2 LITRE WORLD FINAL

The second graded title to be decided in 2016 is the big one of the year: the 2 Litre World Final. The meeting moves to its actual home of Arena Essex for 2016, having been at Ipswich last year. 307 Foster is the current champion but has not yet qualified for the big race: will there be a new name on the 2 Litre World Final Roll of Honour?

All races will take place on the Autocross Arena Essex layout using the 2 Litres (XFG & XRG) class.

The 2 Litre World Final holds a Champion of Champions qualifying place. To qualify for the Champion of Champions race via this meeting: win the 2 Litre World Final.

In the event that an already-qualified driver wins the World Final, the highest-placed non-qualified driver will qualify instead.

The grid for the World Final is below. Once a driver on the grid has booked in, their name will be written in bold type. Any reserves will be added to the grid on the night of the meeting; any remaining reserves who have attended will have to compete in the Last Chance Qualifier.

If you did not attend any of the World rounds, you will be competing in a Last Chance Qualifier in order to get onto the grid; if you are unsure if you raced in a World qualifier, please check this thread: http://www.lfsbangers.co.uk/viewtopic.php?f=19&t=54 - if your name is not on the list, you must compete in the Last Chance Qualifier.

You can also book in via the LFS Bangers Facebook page by either commenting on the post or by posting to the page with your driver name, number and which team you're racing for. Bookings received in this way will have a (F) after the driver's name.

The single booking rule is now INACTIVE, so therefore:

YOU CAN BOOK IN AS MANY DRIVERS AS YOU WANT FOR THE MEETING, BUT KEEP IT REASONABLE.

YOU MUST BOOK IN DRIVERS OTHER THAN YOURSELF AS PROVISIONAL BOOKINGS UNTIL THE RESPECTIVE DRIVERS CONFIRM THEIR OWN ATTENDANCE.
