Points / Rules for All Meetings

Here are the points and rules for each set of meetings that are raced in the server.

ADMIN TEAM
The following drivers are the admin team and are therefore the only ones allowed to run meetings:

    Jon # 606 (Jon606)
    Cap # 27 (capris)
    Brett # 786 (predator786)
    Looney # 870 (The General Lee)
If none of the above drivers are available, the meeting will not go ahead UNLESS it has been agreed in advance to let another driver take charge of the meeting; in this scenario, the driver in charge will be named in the Meeting Info and be given admin rights for just that meeting. ANY ABUSE OF ADMIN RIGHTS OUTSIDE OF THE MEETING WILL RESULT IN DISCIPLINARY ACTION

INDIVIDUAL MEETINGS

GRADED MEETINGS (for all formulas)

Drivers must be lined up in their correct grades before races. Failure to do so will result in you being excluded from that race. Allcomers will be go on green.

RULES
1. Oppo is allowed on bends only in heats and finals. Lossy hits (hits side on with the barrier resulting in a driver being lifted over them) and hits from the infield are not allowed.

2. Pinning, blocking or intentionally preventing a driver from racing in a fair manner for a significant amount of time is not allowed.

3. Races will only restart if there is lag on first lap of a race.

4. No changing of cars allowed at any time during the meeting.

5. Passengers are not allowed in cars at any time in the meeting.

6. You must go forward at the start of a race. Any intentional braking on grid or reversing off grid is not allowed (this does not include the DD).

7. No pitting and rejoining any races, including the DD.

8. You must spec in the DD if you are either rolled or your clutch dies.

The following grades are for 2 Litre Grades only:
British Champion: Black and White Chequered

BANGER WORLD SERIES MEETINGS DISCONTINUED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE

Heats will be started with cars in graded order, but the final will be started with a closed grid.

Top 10 from the heats score points, but only the Top 5 in the final score points.

Points won in the Banger World Series will be kept separate from graded points.

All layouts have open infields to reduce the chance of cars flying if hit into the end of a barrier.

Top 10 from the heats score points, but only the Top 5 in the final score points.

CHAMPIONSHIP MEETINGS (ALL CLASSES)
Meeting rules are the same as all other individual meetings.

Rules broken in championship races will counts as double warnings in the disciplinary action.

Top 3 only score points in the World Final meeting and these points will be added to the total points for that driver:

1st = 60 points
2nd = 40 points
3rd = 20 points

For other Championship meetings (British and European) these points will be added to the total points for that driver:

1st = 30 points
2nd = 20 points
3rd = 10 points

TEAM MEETINGS (WHEN NOT RUNNING SPLIT HEATS)
Teams may contain 2, 3 or 4 drivers. Drivers must be in a team or they will not be allowed to race. B Teams are allowed but their points will be kept separate from the A Team's points.

1. Oppo is allowed on bends only in heats and finals. Lossy hits (hits side on with the barrier resulting in a driver being lifted over them) and hits from the infield are not allowed.

2. Pinning, blocking or intentionally preventing a driver from racing in a fair manner for a significant amount of time is not allowed.

3. On layouts with open infields, cutting across the infield to gain a race advantage or to hit another driver is not allowed at any time during the meeting.

TEAM MEETINGS (WHEN RUNNING SPLIT HEATS)

The split heats will be arranged so that every team races with every other team at least once. The number of teams in the final and semi-final will be determined on bookings.

2. Pinning, blocking or intentionally preventing a driver from racing in a fair manner for a significant amount of time is not allowed.

4. Races will only restart if there is lag on first lap of a race.

DD1: Odd placed teams from points after final, e.g. 1st, 3rd and 5th in points
DD2: Even placed teams from points after final e.g. 2nd, 4th and 6th in points

DD3: Winners of DD1 v Winners of DD2 - 5 points to the winning team

Drivers may be moved from North to South and vice versa if numbers are highly uneven before the meeting.

2. Pinning, blocking or intentionally preventing a driver from racing in a fair manner for a significant amount of time is not allowed.

3. On layouts with open infields, cutting across the infield to gain a race advantage or to hit another driver is not allowed at any time during the meeting.

4. Races will only restart if there is lag on first lap of a race.

5. No changing of cars allowed at any time during the meeting.

6. Passengers are not allowed in cars at any time in the meeting.

7. You must go forward at the start of a race. Any intentional braking on grid or reversing off grid is not allowed (this does not include the DD).

8. No pitting and rejoining any races, including the DD.
