Heartbreaker 2018 Results

The 2018 Heartbreaker only had 9 attendees, but the low numbers didn't result in low action as a lot of heartless hitting and unromantic battling was witnessed at Yarmouth. In a change to last year's meeting, 2 Litres were brought into play to reflect the real-life version at Northampton. This was also the first time I chose to not run the meeting, with that honour being handed over to Brett to ready himself for his big meeting in April. After a few early wobbles, he got the hang of it which was great to see.

Cap won the most races in the meeting with 2 2 Litre heats and an Unlimited heat, while Michal, Miniman, Tilson all won a brace of races. The Czech driver claimed the last 2 Litres heat and their respective final, the Dutchman won the Unlims final and DD while Tilson won 1 heat in both formulas. Jam, Jon and Brett all picked up one win each, with the former two claiming Unlim heat wins and the latter the incredibly quick 2 Litres DD that lasted just 120 seconds! The ramp rollover competition results are to be confirmed by Brett, but it was unique to say the least!

All races were non-points.
